How to Get MailChimp Embed Code?
Login to your MailChimp account and create a list as a first step for your email marketing. Once the list is created, click on the “Signup forms” link when viewing the list. You have two easy options for adding a signup form to your Weebly site.

Embedding Signup Subscription Form
Click on the “Embedded forms” links and customize the form fields and display options.
- Choose the type of form
- Customize the fields and look
- Preview your signup form
- Copy the code for your MailChimp signup form.
Go to Weebly site editor and paste your MailChimp code by dragging and dropping an “Embed Code” element.
Note: You can paste the entire code within embed code element or as indicated in the code paste the style / CSS part in the site’s header code section.
Embedding Popup Subscription Form
If you want a popup signup form then click on the “Subscriber popup” option under “Signup forms” link. Customize your options and click on the “Generate Code” button.
Copy the generated code for your popup MailChimp subscription form and paste it either inside the content area using “Embed Code” element or in the header / footer code section of your page under “Pages > Advanced Settings”. The popup signup form will look like below in your published Weebly site:

I cannot get the reCaptcha to work at all on our Weebly site. Any suggestions? I am getting tons of spambots signing up.
I’m having a similar problem. A Weebly Customer Success Advocate gave me this message:
“It looks like the form coding itself is not playing nice with the site coding. What I would recommend is seeing if MailChimp has an html form that you can use instead of the CSS code in your account.
If not, this site has a lot of good advice on how you can use inline CSS in that code to overwrite what’s causing it to mess up (I would only advise this if you are comfortable with coding): https://www.w3schools.com/html/html_css.asp”
