Earlier, Facebook was offering an official plugin through WordPress.org plugin repository. However, this has been discontinued permanently. There are two embed options available with each plugin – JavaScript SDK and IFrame.

Facepile plugin shows the profile picture of the visitors who liked the content or registered using Facebook registration plugin to the site. When a user sees their friends picture, it gives more comfort for the user to use your website.
14. Facebook Page Plugin
Using this plugin, you can easily embed your Facebook Page right inside the WordPress site. It allows users to scroll and read shared news feed on your Page and like your page.
