Creating an authorized domain needs many years of hard work. When you have a domain with high authority it is a good idea to make use of subdomains instead of trying with a new domain starting from scratch. In our earlier article, we have explained the difference between subdirectory and subdomains. Google uses both subdirectories and subdomains for their products and services. Since subdomains have their own advantages of offering better user experience with dedicated content, Google uses many subdomains. In this article, we will provide the complete list of Google subdomains for anyone’s reference.
Google Subdomains List
Google offers variety of products and services from subdomains. Starting from fonts to apps, you will be surprised to see the list of products offered through subdomains. Remember, since www is also a subdomain of google.com, we do not include www as well the https protocol in the URLs. It will be automatically redirected to the corresponding site when you open the subdomain URL in browser like Google Chrome.

Same Subdomains and Subdirectory Folder
Google also uses redirect to link subdomains and subdirectory folders so that users can access the same site in different ways. For example, you can access Google AdSense using one of the below URLs:
- Subdomain – adsense.google.com
- Subdirectory – google.com/adsense
Note on Google Subdomains
- Some subdomains are not accessible when trying to open in the browser. however, there are pages on the subdomain that you can still access. For example, https://scholar.google.com/ will show you an error page, while the page https://scholar.google.com/intl/en-US/scholar/about.html will show you the details.
- Google also uses many other subdomains with other domains like tpc.googlesyndication.com, pagead2.googlesyndication.com and fonts.googleapis.com. These domains are generally not accessible on browser and used for APIs or serving advertisements. However, you can access some sites like sitekit.withgoogle.com which is for Google Site Kit WordPress plugin.
In addition to the above list, Google also hosts hundreds of subdirectory sites for various services.
